Luke brings his Global Workforce experience, working across industries with a broad range of clients on their global workforce strategy, operations and, user experience. Luke has actively worked to define and develop the Sustainability & Climate proposition in Global Employer Services (GES) at Deloitte. His curiosity about the human aspects of the global workforce, has seen him seek out and lead several projects in this area, which is and will be a strategic priority for organisations.
