UK – Permits Foundation submits evidence to the Migration Advisory Committee on skilled workers, intra-company transfers and dependants under the Points Based System
21 June 2009The UK Government has asked the Migration Advisory Committee to review a number of aspects of the points based system in the light of current economic circumstances. Permits Foundation has submitted evidence against a further tightening of procedures for intra-company transfers and other skilled workers in Tier 2 and supporting a retention of work authorisation for dependants.
