Talent Council Workshop Focuses on Diversity Solutions
01 March 2010The Society of Petroleum Engineers Talent Council recently held a workshop in Paris to discuss the ways in which employers can collaborate to encourage diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Support for dual career couples was highlighted as one of the solutions. Permits Foundation highlighted the importance of spouse work permits and the positive impact that being able to work has on attitudes to the assignment, as confirmed by the foundation’s global survey of 3000 spouses in 2008.
