Ciara is A Global Mobility Senior Manager for Coca-Cola, based in Ireland. She has over 15 years of experience working in Global Mobility having spent time with Grant Thornton and EY before joining Coca-Cola European Refreshments in 2016. She spent time working with Coca-Cola’s bottler network redesigning their Global Mobility policies. The experience and knowledge gained from working with multinational companies have given her exposure to the challenges faced in structuring and executing compliant mobility programs, that are cost-efficient, and endeavor to deliver a positive experience for the employee and company stakeholders.  Immigration constraints continue to be a barrier to moving talent, and Ciara and the rest of the Coca-Cola mobility team are leveraging off our public affairs network and external partners to enhance the immigration experience.
